Metaballs Poster Template

This Meshed Poster Template for Illustrator made with a multipurpose use in mind is a good fit for almost any type of event you can think of. With a contemporary look achieved by using vector metaballs with a flat color background and a clipping mask following the same pattern to highlight the main image, this template will grab the reader's attention. Made with Adobe Illustrator and compatible with Illustrator 23 or newer, changing the text, shapes, or background colors to your own preferences is a very easy task thanks to the Global Colors feature.

The template is provided in a standard concert poster size of 24" x 36" in CMYK color and can be scaled up or down proportionally if needed since all included elements are vectors. Even though the "Roc Grotesk" and "Gotham" fonts were used, it is very easy to change the font to the one you want using the Find Font (Type > Find Font) option in Illustrator.

How to Change the Font

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Type > Find Font.
3. In the top list select the font to be replaced.
4. In the bottom list select the font to use.
5. Click "Change All" and then click "Done".

How to Change Global Colors

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click on any of the Global Colors.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.

How to Update the Photo

1. Go to File > Place.
2. Locate the image on you computer and click Place.
3. Expand the "Placeholder" and "Clip Group" layer groups.
4. Drag you image layer above the "[Your Image Here]" layer.
