Conference Flyer Template

With multipurpose use in mind, this Conference Flyer Template is a perfect fit for promoting any type of conference or seminar. Featuring a modern, minimal layout with circles and rounded shapes, the template allows you to easily change the colors of individual elements or all elements at once using the Global Colors Swatches feature in Adobe Illustrator.

Created with Adobe Illustrator, the template is compatible with Illustrator 23 and later versions. It is provided in both A4 and US Letter sizes in CMYK color mode (both sizes are included in the same file and are clearly named). The template can also be scaled up proportionally, such as from A4 to A3, since all included elements are vector-based. While the "Gotham" font is used in the template, it is simple to replace it with your preferred font using the Find Font option (Type > Find Font) in Illustrator.

How to Change Fonts

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Type > Find Font.
3. In the top list select the font to be replaced.
4. In the bottom list select the font to use.
5. Click "Change All" and then click "Done".

How to Change Global Colors

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click on any of the Global Colors.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.

How to Update the Photo

1. Go to File > Place.
2. Locate the image on you computer and click Place.
3. Expand the "Placeholder" and "Clip Group" layer groups.
4. Drag you image layer above the "[Your Image Here]" layer.
