How to Change Global Color

1. Open the "Instagram Fitness Stories Layouts.ai" file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click on any of the included Global Colors.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.

How to Change Fonts

1. Open the "Instagram Fitness Stories Layouts.ai" file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Type > Find Font.
3. In the top list select the font to be replaced.
4. In the bottom list select the font to use.
5. Click "Change All" and then click "Done".

How to Place Images

1. Open the "Instagram Fitness Stories Layouts.ai" file in Illustrator.
2. Locate the layer called "Your Image Here" inside each of the "Clip Group" Placeholder sub-layers.
3. Go to File > Place and locate the image file in your computer. Select the image file and click on "Place"
4. Be sure to place your image above the "Your Image Here" layers.
