• How often will you have new resources?We normally have at least one new resource daily. Each month we release a variety of different items spanning our most popular categories. The larger our membership grows the more designers we hire to create stuff, and the more new resources we release every week -- everyone wins.
• I want a specific resource. Can you help?Of course! We're always looking for new resources and love your input. Every member can suggest a new resource at the top of the page, and every month we do our best to bring out popular requests. MediaLoot is about community, so we're happy when you're happy.
• How quickly will I get access?You'll get instant access to the whole collection. All you have to do is go through the checkout process, pay for your membership or bundle, and then you’ll be redirected back to the site where you can browse and download anything you want. Not too bad, eh?
• Monthly and yearly plans -- what's the difference?Monthly plans renew every 30 days and you'll get a certain number of downloads every month; your download count will reset each month when your plan renews. Our yearly bundles do not renew: you pay one fee up front and get all of the downloads right away and can use them throughout the year.
• Will my plan automatically renew?If you're on a monthly plan, your plan will automatically renew every 30 days. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and if you cancel your subscription in the middle of the month you'll still have until the end of the month to use your downloads.
• What if I don't like it? Can I cancel?Absolutely. As much as we'd hate to see you leave, you can always cancel in just a few clicks from the member area. You'll even get to keep all of the resources you've downloaded and can continue using them after your subscription. Most membership sites do not let you do that :-)
