How to Change Global Colors

2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click the color you want to change.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.

How to Properly Scale the Backgrounds

1. Open the “Paper Cut Vector Backgrounds.ai” file in Illustrator.
2. Select any of the 12 included Backgrounds.
3. Right click over it and from the dropdown menu select Transform > Scale.
4. In the Scale window, set any scale you want, be sure to check the "Scale Strokes & Effects" option and click OK.
