Yard Sale Flyer Template

This Yard Sale Flyer Template is just perfect for any sale related event that you want to promote (garage, yale, etc.). Featuring different organic shapes and brush strokes for a more friendly look, you can easily change the colors of each element individually or all at the same time with a single click using the Global Colors Swatches feature in Illustrator.

The template was created with Adobe Illustrator, it is compatible with Illustrator CC and is provided in both A4 and US Letter sizes in CMYK color (included in the same file and clearly named) and can be scaled up proportionally if needed, for example going from A4 to A3 since all included elements are vectors. Even though the "Acumin" font was used for this template, it is very easy to change it to the one you want using the Find Font (Type > Find Font) option in Illustrator.

How to Change Font

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Type > Find Font.
3. In the top list select the font to be replaced.
4. In the bottom list select the font to use.
5. Click "Change All" and then click "Done".

How to Change Global Colors

1. Open the template file in Illustrator.
2. Go to Window > Swatches.
3. Double click on any of the Global Colors.
4. Pick any color you like in the Swatch Options window and click OK.
