This collection includes 20 high resolution photo overlays for adding scene lighting to your images. Each overlay features various shadow types from window sources including window frames and flower shadows all from different angles. With these overlays you can add depth and lighting to any photo.

The images are 4800 x 3200 pixels which should be large enough for most images, also due to the nature of these images being very blurred, scaling them up a little doesn't do any noticeable harm.

Update - Feb 14, 2019

We have added 10 new photo overlays to this set which brings the total up to 20. The new additions feature various window frames, lampshades and a combination of venetian blinds and vertical blinds.

How to use:

  1. Open your photo in Photoshop (or another image editing application that supports layers and blend modes)
  2. Choose a photo overlay and place it into your document on a layer above your photo
  3. Set the blend mode of the overlay layer to Linear Burn
  4. Reduce the opacity of the layer until the desired effect is achieved (50% usually works well)

Tip: Experiment with blend modes; Multiply, Linear Burn, Color Burn, Overlay and Soft Light give nice results. You can duplicate the overlay layer and mix various blend modes to get the effect just right.
