This is beautiful, thank you for sharing! I’m unsure of what the dimensions of the brochure that would work best for this would be though? The dimensions of each panel translate to 3.897” by 8.267” - which would be a 11.691” by 8.267” document (3.897 x 3 panels)... am I calculating wrong?

@Gianni Thanks! The brochure is A4 3 fold, so your calculations are correct, but I (being british ‘n’ all) used millimetres, so the size of each of panel should be 99 x 210 mm, or as you stated, approx. 11.691” by 8.267”.

Oh, ok! That makes sense. Thank you for clearing that up! There isn’t a version of this for the inside of the brochure is there?

Can you make the template that shows the inside of a brochure? This template is the BEST of free.

This is what I call a good timing! I just need an A4 mockup, and the majority I find out there are in different measures. I just don’t have the time to adjust them.

Thank you! I am sorry for not being your customer yet, but I never record a Bounce rate when I come to your website to download a new freebie. I always go to another page before I exit. :)

I did not receive a template for my $5.00.  All I have is a picture of your template.

Please refund my money if unable to provide actual template.

      Hi Linda,

As the designer of this template I just wanted to clarify what is included. This is a mockup template used for presenting 3-fold flyer designs with realistic lighting and shadows (as seen in the preview images).

To use it you need to open the included .psd files in Photoshop and replace the sample design with your own custom flyer design. There should be 2 files included for front and back sides.

However, it sounds like you were looking for the sample design pictured, not the actual mockup itself? The sample design can be extracted from this mockup but I understand that this isn’t what you were expecting.

Sorry for any confusion, I have forwarded your message on to support who will be able to arrange a refund with you.

        Tony,

Thanks for your response.  And let me first apologize for the tone of my response. There are (still) a lot of scams on the Internet, you know.  And my mind goes straight there if things are not just laid out for me. Plus,  I’d had a long day yesterday:-)

I blame my “newbee” status for my inability to see the entire brochure.  After downloading the template 2 more times, I seem get a panel per download! Not sure why.  So, I may just need help.

Is there a way to get detailed instructions for someone who is new to PSD?

Sorry, again, for going off the rails.

        Thanks,

        Linda

Looks like I have one side.  Shouldn’t I have 2 sides?
