This website design brief template should be an invaluable resource for freelancers and design firms. Streamline the process of getting the essential information that you need from your clients, with this simple, and straight-forward questionnaire. This resource is unique because the questions themselves have also been designed, in a way that makes it easy for non-designers to understand, and provide you with useful information.
Included in the pack is an INDD document for CS5.5 and an IDML for previous versions of InDesign, as well as a high resolution PDF.
IMPORTANT
This template was created using Adobe InDesign CS5.5

Hmm, when I try to load it it gives me an error saying that I need some SharedContent Plugin.
Is this interactive? By that I mean, are these forms interactive so that clients can download, easily fill out, print or return to you by email.
does it work with wordpress, joomla etc? thanks
@Netmason: Which version of CS are you using? Also, could you try using the .idml file instead of .indd? I think the problem might be because it was made with CS5.5.
@SethGooch: Unfortunately no it’s not interactive, it was designed primarily as a print template.
@remo mattei:
Again, this was designed primarily as a print template, not for web. You will need Adobe InDesign to open up the source files.
Thanks

Is there any way you can make a fillable version for Acrobat? So, if you created each field as a form field in Acrobat, then at least clients who have Adobe Reader can fill out the form fields and print it out without having to handwrite anything in.
There is a little typo underneath “Which existing websites do you NOT like, and why”
“Why it you don’t like it:”
This is great…
Good job mate just what I was looking for
Question—- I am quite new to indesign—is the a quick way to change the global colour scheme ?
Thanks in advance
I once downloaded a template in inDesign and was clueless on how to change a image. Is it easy to change the company logo image you have to mine?
@Gregory,
It’s very easy.. Just open the file, see “Pages” in Indesign, choose “Master” and then you can edit the footer and header easily.. Including the Logo on the top and the company name in the footer..
