Most web designers use Fireworks for design not Photoshop is it possible to have Fireworks versions too.
Don’t include me in that. I use PSD.
Most designers use fireworks…. really, since when? I’ve been designing developing for years and photoshop has always been the go to app for UI graphics and illustrator for vector. However, it is always good to see packs that are designed to reach everyone’s design app of choice.
Most developers don’t use Photoshop or Fireworks unless we have to we would love some more html or css love!
We tend to favour .psd files because Photoshop is most commonly used by designers. It’s not always the most suitable format, but hey that’s just the way it is!
We often include Fireworks .png files too. But if (like this one) a package includes either a .psd or .eps file, then fireworks can probably open those files quite well anyway.
As for the HTML/CSS stuff, I understand the need for this, and we are adding more and more al the time, but yeah the coded stuff is still relatively new to MediaLoot, so in the future we should hopefully have a category fully devoted to ‘ready-to-use’ elements for developers or something similar.
My vote for fireworks
I use GIMP
