Changes are Coming to MediaLoot!

With the first birthday of MediaLoot nearly upon us it’s hard not to think about all of the high and low moments of the past year. We’ve been incredibly lucky to have so many wonderful members, and we’ve also faced some very tough challenges in keeping this site running the way we want it to run. Today, I am happy to announce some exciting news.

As many of you have noticed, there were times over the past several months when our resource production and blog updates slowed practically to a halt. No longer will this happen—we have officially added designer Tony Thomas into our core team and his primary responsibility is to keep this site filled with new and amazing resources. As you can see from our browse page, he’s already started to make a huge impact.

The second major announcement is that we will no longer be selling Unlimited Download subscriptions after March 1st, 2011. Our collection is just getting too big and it is not fair to our members or designers to continue offering everything for a single payment. If you’re already a member you can keep your unlimited subscription forever, and if you aren’t yet a member you can still get an unlimited subscription until March 1st. New pricing and subscriptions will be announced once we discontinue the unlimited membership.

What’s not changing? The fact that MediaLoot has a community of awesome members and we’ll continue bringing you guys the best resources we can at the best price you can find anywhere.
