Freebie: Incredibly Detailed 3D Icon Set
We’ve released a few other freebies on MediaLoot before, and as we get closer to the launch, we thought it would be nice to give away some icons! (you like icons, right?)
We’ve been working with Tanya from ArtDesigner.lv to design this set, and today we’re giving away 30 of these incredibly detailed icons for free!

Status Update: A Sneak Peek Of The MediaLoot Site Design
We’ve been hard at work lately, gathering resources, working with some awesome designers and of course, working on the actual site design.
We thought it’d be nice to show you guys what the MediaLoot website will look like once we launch.
Header Section
Of course since MediaLoot will be a membership site, the header section needs to have many elements that are common to paid membership sites. Things like a login form and a drop-down ‘browse’ menu item were no-brainers.
The top navigation menu will change depending on whether a visitor is logged in or not. For example, logged in users don’t need to see the ‘tour’ menu item, this will be for logged out users and new visitors.

For Our Biggest Fans: Five New MediaLoot Wallpapers
I know we haven’t been around very long, and we don’t have a fan club yet, but Jon and I are hoping that a few of you are excited enough to want to wallpaper your desktop with the MediaLoot logo. We’re also hoping that if we include some fancy wood textures and maybe at a line or two of clever prose, some of these might actually make for a decent desktop background :-)
